This website had to prove good under various browsers. It has been optimised and thoroughly tested for my favourite browser Firefox, but also for Opera 7, Netscape Navigator 7, KDE Konqueror 3, and Internet Explorer 7. A very old (most notably, for instance, Netscape Navigator, version 4) or an exotic browser would not represent the pages to one's satisfaction, neither yours nor mine. This applies also to Explorer's versions 5 and 6, which don't conform to CSS specifications. This site needs to rely on the (today obvious) ability of your browser to handle Style Sheets, but Javascript may be deactivated without loss if you don't like it. But please activate it if you love the touch and feeling of the nowadays much spread Lightbox galleries. Please enable cookies (one single cookie will be set for session control; it will be deleted when you leave this site).

You will find the most important links on the top of each page of this site. More links are presented on the summary page. The footnote at bottom right corner informs you about the chosen language version, the actual dollar exchange rate, the date of the last revision, my e-mail address, and the total number of visits of this site. For your ease, all over the site there are tooltips available: Get more information by letting the mouse pointer rest a moment on any button.
